OVERVIEW
I am passionate about creating well thought out financial approaches that help my clients work toward their investment goals and objectives. That’s the primary reason I joined the Grand Rapids, Mich., office of Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. in 2018. Quite simply, they share my passion, and bring with it an abiding commitment to put clients first and operate in an atmosphere of mutual trust, integrity and respect.
In my mind, that’s what my financial services career continues to be about – clients – and working with them to provide the informed investment and financial information and advice. This serves as the cornerstone of any client relationship.
All of this starts with a meeting and me listening to what your financial goals are. These goals can include setting aside money to send the kids to college or planning for a secure retirement – and then enjoying it once you’ve earned it. You may also want to ensure that your wealth, business – or both – transition efficiently to your heirs. Regardless, of your financial objectives, we will work together to develop a financial approach – a road map, if you will – to accomplish them.

MY BACKGROUND
I have been a financial advisor in the Grand Rapids, Mich., area for nearly 30 years and am also active in my community. I have served as the past president of the Rockford Rotary Club in Rockford, Mich., and am a current member of the Grand Rapids Economic Club.
In my spare time, I enjoy golfing, boating, snow skiing, bird hunting, travel and attending musical events. I am also an avid fan of the Detroit Tigers and the Chicago Cubs. My wife Kathy and I have two children ages 27 and 24.
