Brooke Eggleston has been the senior vice president of Human Resources since June 2023. She joined Edwards in March 2022 as vice president – executive strategic partner. Before joining the firm, she was Director of Organizational Development & Culture in the Learning and Development Institute at BJC HealthCare in St. Louis.
Before her time at Benjamin F. Edwards, Brooke spent nearly eight years in progressive HR and operational leadership roles within BJC Healthcare. After graduating from the University of Southern California with an undergraduate degree in social science with an emphasis in psychology, Brooke has worked as a facilitator, people leader, HR business partner, manager, director, and VP in a variety of industries.
Brooke holds a master’s degree in Human Resources Design and is formally trained as an executive coach.
Brooke also holds FINRA Series 7 securities license.
She currently serves on two advisory boards and three non-profit community boards JDRF (juvenile diabetes research and support), March of Dimes (improving the health of moms and babies), and Flance Early Learning Center. She enjoys volunteering in the community, finding new restaurants with her husband, and making her daughters laugh.
