My Professional Approach
Trust. When it comes to investment planning and preparing an investment approach that helps you meet your needs, it all starts with trust. However, trust doesn’t happen overnight. It develops over time in an atmosphere of mutual understanding and respect. This is one of the things that I have learned in my years as a financial advisor.
This is also why I believe it is important to spend time with my clients and get to know them. After all, no two clients are alike and the same goes for their investment plans. When we work together, I’ll ask questions and listen to your answers. Your responses will guide us as we develop a plan that addresses your unique financial situation and tolerance for risk.
Finally, we’ll put that plan into action and meet periodically to evaluate its progress. During those meetings, we’ll also catch up on any developments that may require us to adjust our direction. For me, this is what client-first service is all about. Our main service goal is to under promise and over deliver for our clients. We want them to realize their dreams, but we try to manage the expectations they set themselves so that they are realistic goals.
Drawn by their client-centered approach to financial services, I joined Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. in 2017 as a financial advisor in our El Dorado office. I began my financial services career in 2003, and I’m passionate about helping my clients structure strategic investment portfolios that help them meet their retirement goals and objectives.
Outside of work, my family loves the out doors and we try to take adventure vacations driving around the country. We also enjoy boating on beautiful Lake Ouachita, along with kayaking and paddle boarding. I am also active in the community having served for six years on the executive board of directors for the El Dorado – Union County Chamber of Commerce and was Chairman of the Board for the 2015/16 term.
