My Professional Approach
As a financial advisor for Benjamin F. Edwards & Co., I help my clients work toward accomplishing wonderful things: accumulate wealth; prepare for a secure retirement; save to send children to college; and pass their assets to the next generation. Whether you are pursuing one of these objectives, or several, I can help.
How? I start by listening to you.
As your financial advisor, we will sit down, get acquainted and I will ask a lot of questions. More importantly, I will listen carefully to your responses to gain a better understanding of your current financial situation, what you hope to achieve financially in the future, and your tolerance for risk. At Benjamin F. Edwards & Co., that’s what we refer to as client-first investing and financial service.
Once I get a handle on your financial goals and objectives, we will work together to develop a plan to meet them and put it into action. Then, in the months and years ahead, we’ll get together regularly to check on our progress, your financial circumstances, and make any necessary changes.
For me, that is what client-first investing is all about – delivering knowledge, service and the sophisticated financial products, tools and expertise offered by an investment firm like Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. Stop by or give us a call to see what we are all about.
I have been a financial advisor for more than 30 years and joined Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. in 2018. Together with my son, Tyler, we formed Herr Wealth Management and enjoy working with our clients on all aspects of their financial affairs – particularly in the areas of retirement and estate planning. In 2006, I earned my CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification from the College of Financial Planning.
Previously, before becoming a financial advisor, I worked as a teacher for 10 years, which helps me explain complex concepts easily and clearly.
I am married with two children and four grandchildren and enjoy youth coaching, traveling, reading, and walking in my spare time.
