A veteran of the financial services industry since 1980, Jim uses his knowledge and experience to provide his clients with a well-balanced approach to working toward achieving their financial expectations. His services include constructing and managing discretionary portfolios that will help his clients meet their objectives without taking undue risk.
Jim graduated from Kent State University, receiving his BBA with dual majors in Finance and Real Estate, and dual minors in Accounting and Marketing. Although he did not obtain a law degree, Jim also attended Case Western Reserve School of Law, where he studied Trust Law and General Practice Law as a personal desire.*
Jim is a resident of Burton, OH, where he lives with his beloved animals. In his free time, he enjoys being in the great outdoors, exploring the beauty of the earth. Jim’s activities include hikes with his faithful companion Bumskie (his dog), scuba diving, target shooting, and skiing. When Jim is not in Ohio, he is at his back country ski lodge in the mountains of Montana. Jim has spent most of his adult life volunteering his time to various groups and boards. He is a past member of his township’s zoning board, served on a volunteer fire department, works with various veteran’s support groups as well as being a previous elected official on Central Committee for his voting precinct.
