Greg joined Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. in 2016 as managing director in Investment Banking. He is part of team that focuses on middle market transactions, providing strategic advice and counsel to business owners. In his role, he works with the firm’s advisors to help their clients who own businesses evaluate strategic alternatives.
Previously, he spent 25 years as a senior research analyst covering the medical device industry, and won multiple awards for both stock picking and earnings estimate accuracy. In addition, he followed the retail, health care services, and entertainment sectors. Greg moved into investment banking at Wunderlich Securities in 2013. More recently, he led the healthcare merger and acquisition practice at Dawson James Securities.
He received his Master of Business Administration from the University of Missouri, and is a graduate of Saint Louis University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance. Greg earned his CHARTED FINANCIAL ANALYST® designation from the CFA Institute in 1992, and holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 79, 86 and 87 licenses.
In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, three children and two dogs. In addition, he likes collecting wine, dining with friends and photography.
