I began my financial services career in 1983 at A.G. Edwards & Sons. In 1989, I was named an assistant branch manager and was promoted to branch manager for the firm’s Clayton, MO office in 1995. In 2010, I moved to Benjamin F. Edwards to open the Clayton branch as branch manager and regional leader.
Dedicated to assisting my clients as they work toward their financial goals, I often rely on professional money managers to help meet long-term family and estate-planning needs. Previously a professional hockey player for 11 years, I played for Minnesota, Philadelphia, St. Louis and Detroit. I’m married with four adult children and ten grandchildren. I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, fitness, food, wine and golf.
Connor Dunlop, AAMS®, CFP®
I began my career in the brokerage industry in 2005 at the San Diego branch of A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. In 2006, I earned my Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®) designation from the College for Financial Planning, and my Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) certification in 2012. I returned to St. Louis in 2010 to work for my father, Blake, at the Benjamin F. Edwards & Co. office in Clayton, MO.
Throughout my career, I have worked to provide sound investment advice to my clients using proper asset allocation. I focus on creating solid relationships so I can assist clients with their investment needs as their lives and goals evolve.
I graduated from the University of Notre Dame on a full hockey scholarship and played professional hockey before starting my financial services career.
My wife and I currently live in Ladue. I’m interested in traveling, golf, fishing, skiing and surfing.
Christine J. Boxdorfer, AAMS®
Senior Registered Financial Client Associate
I began my career in financial services in 1985 at A.G. Edwards. In 1993, I became a licensed assistant and earned the Accredited Asset Management SpecialistSM (AAMS®) designation in 2002. I joined the Clayton, MO office of Benjamin F. Edwards in 2010.
While at A.G. Edwards, I supervised a support staff of 18 at the same time as assisting the office’s top financial advisors. I began working with Blake in 2000 and I continue to strive to provide the best possible customer service and help Blake manage the day-to-day operations of his business and the branch.
I live in South St. Louis County with my husband and our two dogs. My interests include family, travel, dogs, food and shopping.
What is an AAMS®? Earning the ACCREDITED ASSET MANAGEMENT SPECIALISTSM, or AAMS®, certification from the College for Financial Planning means that a financial advisor has successfully completed a course of study, passed an exam, and is compliant with a Code of Ethics, which includes agreeing to abide by the Standards of Professional Conduct. In addition, the designation is subject to renewal requirements every two years, which in includes the completion of 16 hours continuing education, and a reaffirmation to the Code of Ethics.
WHAT IS A CFP®? A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, or CFP®, certification means a financial advisor has successfully completed a rigorous training program followed by a comprehensive 10-hour exam administered in accordance with the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ Board of Standards. Professionals who are awarded this accreditation demonstrate skill in analyzing situations and developing personalized long-term financial strategies.
