In addition, when appropriate, we assist clients in locating the optimal type and structure of debt and/or equity capital to fund an acquisition.
Advising on Capital Raising
We advise clients on the optimal way to access capital from both banks and alternative debt and equity financing providers. We bring an experienced and impartial perspective to our capital raising clients. We assist clients in connection with funding a planned or potential acquisition, or in raising debt or equity financing to fund the operations and/or growth of the business.
Our experienced team works with each client to review capital market conditions and funding alternatives. We customize the approach to meet specific client requirements, with a focus on matching the capital structure to the business.
