Advising on Buying Companies

We advise business owners and senior leaders on potential acquisitions and related capital requirements. We develop a framework and approach for acquisitions, identify potential targets, contact prospects, perform informal market valuations and negotiate transactions for buyers.

In addition, when appropriate, we assist clients in locating the optimal type and structure of debt and/or equity capital to fund an acquisition.
