Mr. Grace joined our Board of Directors in 2008. A Certified Public Accountant in both Missouri and Illinois, Mr. Grace received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Northern Illinois University in 1966. He also attended the Management Study Program at the Washington University Graduate School of Business.
Mr. Grace is a past director and a past member of the Audit (chair) and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees at Cass Information Systems, the nation’s leading provider of payment and information services for financial, accounts payable, transportation, logistics and utility needs. Previously, he served as President of Mountain Oak General, Inc., from September 2000 through April 2024, and in that capacity managed a related limited partnership and numerous trusts. Mr. Grace has served as past Chairman of CPAmerica International, a network of independent CPA and consulting firms. He has a wealth of experience with board service and has served as a director for multiple corporate entities.
Mr. Grace is the former Managing Director at Grace Advisors and following a series of corporate transactions, the successor firm is now operating as UHY. a leading network of independent accounting and consulting firms with offices in more than 330 major business centers across 96 countries.
